## How macOS Integration Works

nOversight on macOS displays live data streamed from your iPhone.

The Mac does not collect Wi‑Fi data directly.

### Requirements

* iPhone trusted by the Mac
* Tethered (cable) connection recommended
* Wireless syncing supported if:
  * Devices are on the same network
  * The network allows mDNS (most home networks)

### What You Can See on macOS

* Live Wi‑Fi metrics from the iPhone
* Roaming decisions
* Performance explanations
